Prep your ingredients. Hull and halve 1 lb. fresh strawberries. Measure 2 1/2 tbsp. original pectin.

Add the 1 lb. of strawberries to the Deluxe Cooking Blender

Add the 2 1/2 tbsp. pectin to the blender.

Turn the wheel to select the JAM setting; press the wheel to start.

When prompted to "Add," remove the lid cap and add 3 c. sugar. Replace the lid cap.

Press the wheel to start.

Pour the jam into small containers.

Allow to cool, uncovered before refrigerating.

Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month or freeze up to 6 months.

Fill pitcher with 3 c. water. Add 1-2 drops dish soap. Turn wheel to HEATED WASH and press start.

Blender will start pre-heating and show dash marks moving in a circle.

Once it reaches the correct temperature, it will start cleaning.

When the timer is up, the unit will beep and display 'End.' Pour out the liquid, rinse and dry.
