Strawberry Jello Mix
Set out frozen strawberries and put your water on to boil.
1
Break 1/2 of the angel food cake into chunks and put in a 9x13 baking dish.
2
Place JELLO powder in a large bowl and add boiling water.
3
Stir to start the JELLO dissolving.
4
Immediately add the strawberries and keep stirring.
5
Stir in spoonfuls of Cool Whip until mixed well. (A whisk helps to break up clumps!)
6
Pour 1/2 of the JELLO Cool Whip mixture over the cake pieces.
7
Repeat with another layer of cake.
8
Then add the rest of the strawberry mixture.
9
Use a spoon or spatula to make sure all the cake is submerged.

It’s not pretty but it sure does taste good!
It’s the perfect dessert for parties and potlucks.
