Strawberry Sauce With Frozen Strawberries
Put 1/4 cup water (60ml) in a saucepan + 1 tbsp corn starch. Stir to dissolve.

Add 1 lb frozen whole strawberries (453g) (don’t thaw the berries first). Stir

1/2 cup sugar (99g)

1 tsp lemon juice. Stir to mix in.

Cook on medium heat until the berries are hot. The sauce is thick and bubbly.

Remove from the heat. For a deeper red color, add 3-4 drops of red food coloring.
