Strengthen Your Core
Inhale- bring knees into your chest. Exhale-pull one knee into chest deeper and extend the other
Inhale-extend arms and legs, circle arms. Exhale-bring knees deep into chest.
Grab one leg with both hands. Pull leg towards you two times keeping both legs straight. Switch.
Lower both legs for 3 counts then lift legs above hips on 1count. Repeat.
Twist torso toward knee and extend other leg. Lift up as you switch.
