First stretch hold for 15 seconds!
Second stretch hold for 15 seconds also!
Third stretch hold for 20 seconds !
Fourth stretch hold for 20 seconds !
Fifth stretch hold for 15 seconds !
Seventh stretch do for as long as you would like!
Eighth stretch hold each for about 10 seconds!
