String Of Buttons Succulent Care
The Crassula Perforta is better known as the String of Buttons plant for obvious reasons!
This plant is actually a succulent native to South Africa but looks more like it came from space!
Choose a pot with drain holes so the roots do not sit in water, and use a loam soil (soil with sand)
This plant can tolerate drought. Only water when the soil has completely dried out.
Crassula thrive in full sun but will also tolerate partial sun and some shade.
Acclimitize your crassula to full sun or it could burn!
Here, the bottom left side of the plant has had sufficient water and is bright green and plump.
The right side has had less water, more sun and is darker in color and thinner in size.
Despite this, it was still happy enough to flower!
