Stromboli (with help from the Instant Pot)
Add honey, water and yeast to mixing bowl

Add in oil, salt and part of the flour and mix

Add in the rest of the flour and mix until combined and when it starts to pull away from bowl

Spray Instant Pot with non stick spray. Form dough into a ball and place inside

Adjust yogurt button to “less” setting

Let dough raise for 30 minutes

Punch down dough

Roll dough into large rectangle

Place dough onto lined baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over the top

Sprinkle with cheese

Top with salami and pepperoni

Sprinkle more cheese on top

Brush edges with egg wash

Fold over three of the sides. Then start rolling towards unfolded side

Finish by rolling the other side towards the middle. Lift liner to help

Brush with egg wash and cut slits in the top

Sprinkle with Parmesan

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 500 then lower temp to 375 and bake 10 minutes longer

Let cool 5 minutes.

Slice and serve with warm pizza sauce
