I used frozen Rhodes dinner rolls, cream cheese, bagel toppings to make these stuffed bagel bites!
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place frozen Rhodes dinner rolls on it.
1
Spray a sheet of plastic wrap with the cooking spray and allow the rolls to defrost for 2 hours.
2
Cut up the cream cheese into four even pieces and cut each piece into 4 more pieces.
3
One by one, cut each roll in half using kitchen shears.
4
Flatten just a little bit.
5
Place a piece of cream cheese in the middle.
6
Wrap the dough around it and keep pinching the dough to seal it.
7
Be sure to seal it up nicely so the cream cheese doesn’t burst out of the bagel balls while baking.
8
Rest rolls on the same prepared baking sheet for 45 to 60 minutes wrapped in same plastic wrap.
9
Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add baking soda.
10
Add a few rolls at a time to the pot and allow to cook for 15 to 30 seconds.
11
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
12
Add rolls to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
13
Brush each roll with the beaten egg white.
14
Add Asiago cheese to some of the stuffed bagel bites.
15
Add seasame seed and everything bagel seasoning to the other bagel balls.
16
Bake at 400 degrees F for 17 to 18 minutes.

These cream cheese stuffed bagel bites make me smile!
