Cream cheese, brown sugar and a splash of Double Strength Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla...

Spread creamed cheese mixture on each slice of bread.

Then add macerated berries (these were previously frozen).

Create a sandwich.

Egg mixture: 5 eggs scrambled, 1/2 - 2/3 C. Milk, approximately 5 tsp sugar, and another splash of that amazing vanilla!

Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture, being careful to fully coat the sandwich.

Fry each side until golden brown.

Flip and cook...

I drained the strawberries and boiled down the juice. Added some sugar, thickened it by adding 2-3 TBSP cornstarch slurry and cooking till thickened.

Plated the Stuffed French Toast...
