Stuffed Pepper Skillet (20 Minute Meal!)
This recipe is SUPER easy to make! The only thing you need to cut is the green pepper. Everything else practically jumps into your pan!
Brown one pound of ground beef. Drain if necessary and return to your pan

Add 1 Tbsp minced dry onion (no chopping, woo hoo!! πŸŽ‰)

1 tsp minced or dried garlic,

3/4 tsp dried oregano,

1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper,

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (can anyone really pronounce that?!?)

Now the good part! Add 2 chopped green peppers

A 10 ounce bag of frozen cauliflower rice,

and 15 ounces tomato sauce.

Stir to combine. Cover and cook 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the peppers are softened and cooked through.
