Start browning ground beef over medium high heat. Use that Mix N Chop!

Clean your peppers with your Scoop Loop and place in shallow stoneware or baking dish.

Salt and pepper the ground beef as it cooks.

Place the tops of peppers in Manual Food Processor so we can add to beef mixture.

Add two pressed garlic cloves and a minced onion or 2 tbsp Three Onion rub.

Open tomato paste with best can opener ever!

Add 6 oz tomato paste and 20 oz water.

Stir to coat and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes.

Stir in 1 cup uncooked instant rice or 2 cups cooked long grain rice.

Add mixture in heaping scoops to bell peppers.

Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve topped in marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese if desired.
