Combine sugar, 1 Tbsp. spice mix, & salt together; Set aside

Beat 1 egg white & 1 Tbsp. water together with the Whipped Cream Maker, until fluffy- no liquid should remain

Add whipped egg white to pecans -

Toss until coated-

Add spice mixture and stir to coat-

Butter bottom & sides of sheet pan-

Spread evenly in prepared pan; bake at 275 for 50-55 minutes, stirring every 15- cool on wax paper
