Pecans (toasted)

White Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp
Cinnamon

Baking Soda

2 1/3 cup (610g)
Banana, Mashed
1/4 cup
Coconut Oil, Melted

Egg
1 Tbsp
Vanilla
Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt

Mash very ripe banana

Add oil, vanilla and egg and whisk

Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients

Transfer to a loaf pan

Sprinkle with toasted chopped pecans

Bake at 350 f until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (1 hour to 1 hour 10)

Cool on the counter completely and then devour!
