Heat your oven to 375 and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides

Place raw almonds on a sheet pan and roast 7-12 minutes

Place slivered almonds on a sheet pan and roast for 3-5 minutes

Place unsweetened coconut flakes on a sheet pan and roast for 2-4 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 after nuts & coconut are done roasting

In a large bowl, whisk together an egg and monkfruit

In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and coconut oil until smooth - about 30 seconds

Whisk the almond butter mixture into the egg mixture until well combined

Add in the nuts, coconut, and salt. Stir until well combined

Stir in stevia sweetened chocolate chips

Press very firmly into the prepared pan. Try holding a piece of parchment paper to make it easier. You need to pack them in so they hold together

Bake until the top feels just set, about 15 minutes at 350. Let cool completely to room temperature in the pan
