Sugar-Free Vegan Bourbon Brownies
Mash 170g of steamed sweet potato.

Add 3/4C date sugar, 2/3C nut butter, and 1/3C bourbon. Mix well.

Stir in 1/2C cocoa powder, 1/4C almond flour, 1/4C oat flour, 1/2t baking soda, 1/2t baking powder.

Stir in 1/4C chocolate chips or chunks.

Press into a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
