Sugar-Free Vegan Chai Spice Granola

Mix 1/4t cinnamon, 1/4t ginger, 1/4t cardamom, 1/8t cloves, 1/8t coriander, and 1/4t salt.

Add the spices to 1C quick oats and 2C puffed millet (or other puffed grain of choice).

Stir in 6T date/maple syrup and 1t vanilla extract.

Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Let cool completely on the pan.

Break into clusters and enjoy (with a mug of chai).
