Gather ingredients and prepare pizza toppings and sauce

Thinly slice onions & green peppers using the Simple Slicer

Slice mushrooms using the Quick Slice

Brown your sausage

For pizza sauce start by finely chopping the fresh oregano

Mix oregano with tomato sauce, tomato paste, minced garlic and salt & pepper

Grease RockCroc grillstone. Spread crust to edges of stone & pierce entire crust

Grill covered on medium heat for 9-13 minutes until crust is golden brown

Remove stone from grill and flip crust over

Assemble pizza- sauce, sausage, fresh toppings and finally fresh Mozzarella
Return to grill for 8-10 minutes

Add fresh basil a few minutes before pizza is done

Remove from grill and transfer to cutting surface
