Summer Pasta Salad
Cook 8 oz. of dry fusilli pasta. Drain and rinse off starch and add to bowl.

Add 1 chopped red bell pepper and 1 chopped cucumber.

Add half a chopped white onion and 2 chopped dill pickle spears.

Add 1 can of sweet corn and 1 can of garbanzo beans drained and rinsed.

Add 1/4 cup Italian dressing of your choice. I used my own dressing - recipe in Jumprope profile.

Stir to combine and let sit in fridge for an hour. Stir again before serving and enjoy!
