Step 1 - Grate 1 Small Beetroot

Add some salt and leave it for 3 mins

1/2 Cup - Whole Wheat , 1.5 TBSP Maida & Besan

Add chaat masala, turmeric, cumin seeds, jeera - coriander - red chilli powder

Give everything a good mix

Knead soft dough! 2 small-spoon ๐Ÿฅ„ water

Make the dough soft with oil and knead for 2 mins

Nice soft dough! Divide into equal portion size balls

Cover & rest for 5-7 mins

Letโ€™s roll thin and add cheese ๐Ÿง€ stuffing

Complete rolling the paratha thin

Cook it on hot pan on medium flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Flip it & apply ghee

Do the same on the other side

Nicely cooked from both sides

Cook all Parathas!

Cut them into byte size portions

Cut them into cone shape

Make a sunflower ๐ŸŒป design on plate

For Raita - Grate Cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’, add Yogurt, salt ๐Ÿง‚, chaat masala and mix
