Add sriracha to tuna. Slice avocado & bell pepper. Cook 1/2 cup rice.
Place seaweed sheet,cover with a layer of rice. Place a row of tuna top with avocado & pepper & roll
Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, wasabi & pickled ginger.
