Whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and cilantro.

Place 6-8 shrimp on each skewer.

If baking, baste with half the sauce. Bake 3-4 min, then baste again and bake 3-4 min until opaque.

If grilling, place shrimp in an area of indirect heat. Baste top and cook 2 minutes.

Rotate and baste again. Cook until opaque, rotating and basting, as needed.
