Sweet Corn Ravioli with Summer Squash 🌽
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Continue melting until foamy and browned.

Add corn, squash, onions & garlic. Toss to coat in the brown butter.

Stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until corn and squash are slightly browned (about 25 min)

Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Once veggies are slightly browned, add basil, mozzarella and walnuts. Cook 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add more if needed.
