Sweet N’ Spicy Chicken Stir-fry- Cooking Day
Heat 1 tbsp canola oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 mins. Add thawed chicken and cook 4-5 mins.

Remove chicken from pan.

Add stir-fry mixture, cook 3-4 mins or until onions are crisp-tender.

Return chicken to pan. Add 3/4 cup Spicy Pineapple Rum Sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce 1-2 mins until sauce is hot.

Serve with hot cooked rice!
