Gather Your Ingredients!

Wash & Prick the Sweet Potatoes with a Fork.

Place into a Microwave Safe Bowl with 1/3 Cup of Water, & Cover with Plastic Wrap.

Microwave the Sweet Potatoes Until Soft, About 12-16 Minutes. Be Extra Careful! They’re Steamy Hot!

Let Cool & Scoop the Insides Into the Bowl of a Stand Mixer.

Add the Melted Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla & a Splash of Half & Half.

Mix Until Light & Fluffy!

Butter a Large Baking Dish and Add Your Sweet Potato Mixture.

Smooth as Best as You Can!

Roughly Chop the Pecans & Add the Brown Sugar, Melted Butter, Flour, & Cinnamon to the Bowl. Mix.

Spread the Pecan Mix Evenly Over the Top of the Sweet Potatoes. Bake @375F for 25 Minutes.
