Sweet Potato Casserole

Peel @2 lbs sweet potatoes

Cut sweet potatoes into even pieces

Boil potatoes for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender

Mash, add 1/3 c. butter, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp sugar; combine

Chop 1/3 cup pecans
5
Combine 1/3 cup EACH br. sugar & pecans, w/2 tbsp EACH flour & melted butter
6
Sprinkle mixture over top of sweet potatoes
7
Bake at 325° for 1 hour
