Quinoa (cooked)

Chili Powder

Ground Cumin

Onion Powder

1/4 pepper
Pepper

3 T
All Purpose Flour
Oil For Frying
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Combine sweet potato, black beans and cooked quinoa in a medium bowl. Stir in spices, egg & flour.

Form the fritters into patties of your desired size.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add fritters. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
