Taco Stew from Taste of Home Magazine
Brown 1 to 1/2 lbs of ground meat (I use turkey, but you can beef, pork, or chicken)

1 15 oz can tomato sauce

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans chili ready tomatoes (or canned chilis and tomatoes)

Add ground meat to mixture and 1 tbs Southwest Chili seasoning (or 2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp cumin)

Add 1 10 oz package of frozen corn

Mix it up (you can add more chilis, I forgot them), cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-4 hours

Enjoy with cheese on top, sour cream, plain Greek yogurt!
