Taco Vegetable Skillet
Brown ground beef and drain excess fat

Add bell peppers, can of Rotel, zucchini and kale to ground beef

Stir in Tex-Mex Rub and cook for 5 minutes or until kale is wilted

Sprinkle cheese on top and cover pan allowing the cheese to melt

Once cheese is melted, remove lid, top with green onions and enjoy!
