Add onion garlic powder, Shaan tandoori masala mix with vinegar to make smooth paste.

Apply masala on fish evenly

Cover with plastic and let it sit in fridge for overnight or atlest 6 hours

Place fish on a baking tray and cover

bake for 20 mins on 450 F and then broil for 8 mins or till u get crispy skin on top

Spray with oilve oil optional if you feel ur fish is dried out

Enjoy with naan or rice along with tomato chutney 💕
