TANDOORI CHICKEN
For the marination, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2tsp coriander powder,1/4tsp tumeric, 1/8tsp red color, 1tbsp g.g, 1tbsp oil

Mix it all with a spoon

Make slits in 1 kg chicken.

Marinate the chicken in it. Make sure to marinate it in the slits and leave it overnight

Now take grill pan, cover it with foil and bake the chicken on the rack for 20 mins @200 degree oven

After 20 mins, apply the rest otf the marinate on the chicken with the help of a brush

Now put the chicken on the top rack so and bake at 220 degrees so it chars properly

add a burning coal in the foil and add some oil and put thr lid for 5 mins for smoky flavor
