Tandoori Mushrooms recipe brought to you by National with their 'Chicken Tandoori' Mix
Wash and clean 10-12 medium size mushrooms and chop 1/2 cup of bell pepper, into one inch cubes.
In a large bowl mix 3 tbsp National Tandoori Masala and 1 tbsp kasoori methi.
Along with 1 tbsp ginger garlic, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tspn salt and 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt.
Mix well and add 1 tbsp oil.
Add whole mushrooms and chopped bell peppers.
Marinate for at least one hour, up to 8 hours.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pierce mushrooms and peppers with kebab skewers.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F, rotating halfway through. Alternatively, you grill for 10 minutes.
