Add chicken broth, Dijon mustard, & lemon zest. Whisk to combine.

Whisk in 1 Tbsp corn starch & bring to a gentle boil to thicken sauce

Nestle seared chicken breast into sauce & top with additional tarragon.

Bake at 400F till chicken is 165F internally.
