Tee’s Pecan snowball Cookies
Toast 3/4 cup of pecans for 2-3 mins on med heat and then put in side dish to cool

Add 2 sticks (1 cup) of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 2/3 cup of powdered sugar to mixer and mix for 90 seconds

Mix in slowly 2 1/4 cup of sifted flour and mix for 45 seconds

Then add in 3/4 cups of toasted chopped pecans and hand mix it in

Take 1.5” scooper & scoop out to roll into balls, put on any stone pan. I used the rectangular stone. Cook for 12-15 mins or until lightly brown

After cooked, let cool for 2 mins and then while warm roll into powder sugar and put onto cooling rack

After one round of powdered sugar, while cooling.

Roll again after cooled and enjoy! Good for up to 5 days stored at room temp in sealed container!!
