Tempeh Stir Fry In Japanese Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients: tempeh, onion, eringi mushroom, green pepper, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, flour
Cut 2 green peppers(50g) into long strips.

Slice 2 eringi mushrooms(120g).

Slice 1/2 onion(140g).

Slice tempeh(120g).

Coat tempeh with flour(1 Tbsp)

Blend sugar(1 tsp), sake(1.5 Tbsp),mirin(1.5 Tbsp) and soy sauce(1.5 Tbsp) to make a teriyaki sauce.

Pan fry tempeh over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Flip them over, pan fry the other side as well, and transfer to a plate.

Add some oil, stir fry onion, green pepper and eringi in the order.

Add pan fried tempeh, teriyaki sauce, and give it a stir until the sauce thickens.
