Tender Slow Cooker Short Ribs
Pat short ribs dry and season with salt and pepper

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear short ribs on all sides and set aside

Add chopped onion, celery, carrots, and minced garlic to the pan and sauté

Cook for a few minutes before adding red wine to deglaze the pan
4
Add balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, beef broth, dried rosemary, bay leaves, and simmer
5
Add short ribs to your slow cooker and pour your vegetable mixture over top
6
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until short ribs are tender

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice, and enjoy!
