Teriyaki Jackfruit Lettuce Wraps

Drain, rinse, and shred canned jackfruit.
In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic.
Add in shredded jackfruit, red bell pepper, and water chestnuts.
Stir in teriyaki sauce and simmer.
Serve in a lettuce wrap with rice.
Garnish as desired and enjoy!
