Place undercut pieces between cling. Use a mallet to flatten

Apply salt, pepper, garlic paste & Worcestershire sauce onto the pieces

Cover and refrigerate overnight

Heat grill pan & add some oil. grill the undercut pieces until done

Cut up cooked undercut meat diagonally into small pieces

Prepare the veggies: cucumber; red chilies; onion; mint leaves; coriander & cherry tomatoes

Add in veggies and cut up meat into a bowl

Add some lemon juice, 1-2 tsp fish sauce; 2-3 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce. Mix it up
