Blend: garlic,onion,red pepper, ginger, zest,red curry paste,coriander,chili paste & coconut oil

In a pot, fry the blended/prepared paste a few minutes on low flame

Add chicken stock & coconut milk. Bring to boil. Simmer, cover & let it cook for 10-15 mins

Add in shredded chicken

Add fish sauce, lemon juice, & boiled noodles into soup. Mix it all well. Turn stove off

Garnish with coriander, spring onions, and chopped chilies
Thai Noodle soup is ready
