Add bell pepper and mix it

Add coconut milk, salt, and red pepper flakes

Add the red curry paste and mix it well for 2 minutes.

Now add the chicken broth and the brown sugar. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes.

Add the cornstarch mixture and mix. It comes to a smooth consistency add chili garlic sauce & mix.

Throw in some basil leaves. Serve it with jasmine rice 🍛 and enjoy!
