What you'll need
1 cup, roughly chopped
1 cup, shredded
Purple Cabbage
1 cup, shredded
Napa Cabbage
1/2 cup
Matchstick Carrots
1, sliced into thin strips
Red Bell Pepper
1 pound, cooked and flaked
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Fresh Cilantro
2 tablespoons, sliced thin
Green Onion
Optional garnish
Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons
Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons
Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon, minced
1 clove
Prep all the ingredients for the salad. Add (except for herbs) to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Whisk well.
Divide salad between 4 bowls. Top with salmon. Drizzle with dressing. Top with herbs & sesame seeds.
