Flatten or butterfly your chicken breasts

Top with flattened chicken breast with a layer of Swiss cheese and a layer of ham

Roll up each breast into a pinwheel with the cheese and ham inside

Roll each chicken breast in the flour until fully coated

Roll the floured chicken in whisked eggs

Finally, roll into toasted breadcrumbs and fully coat all over

Place each chicken breast onto its own piece of plastic wrap and roll up tightly. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes

In a small pan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add flour and stir into a paste

Slowly add in milk, stirring continuously. Allow to thicken and remove from heat

While sauce is still hot, add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth

Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

Once chicken is cooked remove from oven and slice

Drizzle with creamy parmesan sauce, serve and enjoy!
