The Best Easy Baked Salmon Recipe
All you need for super delicious salmon: olive oil, lemon juice & salmon fillets!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

In a baking dish, mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil and 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.

Place salmon fillets in baking dish (skin side up) and let sit for 10 minutes.

Flip salmon skin side down, then bake 12 minutes (uncovered)

Serve with rice or quinoa and the veggie of your choice! Plus salt + pepper to taste.
