In a medium size bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar, flour & salt together with a fork.
Add mixture to an 8x8 pan that is well lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 mins at 375°.
In a bowl with a handheld mixer, blend eggs, lemon juice, sugar, and flour until frothy.
Pour over cookie crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°.
Let cool, cut, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
