Using the Kernel Cutter, cut the corn off the cob

Here it is in action...quick and easy!

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in skillet (I used the 12" Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet)

Add 1/2 cup of water

Next comes 2 tsp. of salt

Bring to a boil

Add 8 cups of corn

Into the pan it goes

Cover and cook for 4 minutes

Simmering away

Pour corn onto sheet pan

Place in freezer for 30 minutes to cool

Spoon into freezer bags

Freeze and enjoy at a later date
