Day 3 of my 12 Days of Christmas Desserts!
1 lb. powdered sugar, 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. meringue powder & 1/2 cup of water. Food coloring optional.

Combine all ingredients in your mixer until smooth.

Add a few drops of gel food coloring until you get your desired color.

Transfer your icing into a piping bag fitted with a coupler & a #4 Wilton round tip.
