Melt 1 cup gf chocolate chips in 3 (30 second) intervals. Add to a mixing bowl with 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted or refined) or melted butter.

Add 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. Stir together.

Add 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add 3/4 cup oat flour and stir to combine.

Spray a 9x9 or 8x10 pan with cooking spray. And add the batter.

Spread the batter into an even layer. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
