The BEST Homemade Naan Bread
Mix the dough in a standing mixer (or you can also do this by hand).
1
Test for stickiness. Add more flour if needed.
2
Add dough to a greased bowl and cover. Let rise.
3
Divide dough into sections and rollout, using plenty of flour to prevent sticking.
4
Cook each naan in a hot skillet for a minute or two on each side. You will see bubbles forming on the bread.
5
Continue rolling out, one at a time, and cooking on the cast iron skillet.
6
As you remove each naan, place on a towel and brush with butter.
7
Eat, share, and enjoy! 😊
