The Best Instant Pot Bolognese Sauce
Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened and lightly-browned.

Brown ground beef, ground pork, and pancetta. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook garlic and tomato paste for 1 minute. Deglaze the pan with red wine and simmer 2-3 minutes.

Stir in crushed San Marzano tomatoes, water, and parsley. Bring to a simmer.

Seal lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Quick release pressure. Simmer 5-10 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream, parsley, and ground nutmeg (optional). Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Serve over cooked tagliatelle, pappardelle, or your favorite pasta.

Top with plenty of freshly-grated cheese and enjoy!
