The Best Korean Beef Short Ribs
In a bowl combine 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 4 tsp rice vinegar. Mix well

Coat short ribs with 1/4 cup flour, once coated add to a pan over medium-high heat and sear on all sides. Season with salt and pepper

Add in 6 cloves of minced garlic and 8 chopped scallions. Sauté for a few minutes before adding in 1 cup beef broth

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove and add 1/2 cup beef broth and cook for another hour. Remove and add 1/2 cup beef broth and cook for another 30 minutes

Once fork tender, remove and serve over rice, enjoy!
