The Best No Spread Iced Christmas Cookies
Christmas Cookies 1 Dough 4 Cookies Base

Place a piece of parchment paper onto a clean work surface. Top with dough and form a disk.

Top with another piece of parchment paper and roll the dough out with a rolling pin 1/4 inch thick.

Remove the top piece of parchment paper and cut the dough with cookie cutters of choice.

Carefully remove the cookies with a small spatula and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 min.

To make the frosting: add 1 cup powdered sugar to four small bowls.

Add 1 tbs water and 1/4 tsp almond emulsion.

Add 1 more Tbs of water to each cup and stir to combine.

Add 1 drop food coloring of choice to each bowl and stir to combine. I like to use gel food coloring

Let your cookies cool. Then frost them with frosting color of choice.

I like to color each cookie cut out with a different color icing.

You can also dip the cookies into the icing as well I like to spread with a spoon.

Top with sprinkles while icing is still wet.
